GEORGIA ENTRY SOLUTIONS / PLANNING GUIDE

What to include in a gate or door service request

A clear description gives our team a better starting point when an entrance stops working.

01

Identify the exact opening

At a large property, “the gate” or “the back door” may not be enough. Use the building, entrance, dock, or equipment identifier your team recognizes. Include the service address and a callback number.

02

Describe what happens

Tell us whether the equipment does nothing, moves partway, reverses, behaves inconsistently, or will not secure. Include when the issue began and anything that changed immediately beforehand.

03

Explain the operational impact

Let us know if vehicles or people cannot enter or exit, whether the property is unsecured, and whether an alternate entrance is available. For urgent help, call (404) 861-9363; a website request does not confirm dispatch.

04

Share details without sharing credentials

Make and model information can help. Keep gate codes, passwords, and sensitive access instructions out of the website form. Access arrangements can be coordinated directly with our team.
